An animated segment guest-directed for the original Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared web series. The Story of Michael tells a surreal and unsettling tale within the show's distinctive world. The animation was first created digitally in a puppet-style cutout approach, then printed out and photographed frame by frame to achieve an eerie, analogue quality.
